EXCELLENT! I feel like Mr. Elliott was honest about what was needed. Another company could have sold me the hardware - valves, sprinklers, etc. and charged me the labor to "fix" it even the zone itself was fine. I know I'm not the only one who has paid for car repairs that weren't needed or even not even done.

Dwight Elliot and his crew are fantastic. No BS and he doesn't oversell the job! I have no doubt that if he didn't know how to fix a problem, he would just say so. Fortunately for me, he knows what he's doing and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Very friendly and polite. WILL hire again for sure.

Elliot was timely on the appointment and the technician was able to go through all the items I asked him to do. He even suggested I DIDN'T do one of the things because it wasn't needed. He could have just did it, charged me and moved on. I tried several other sprinkler companies with little luck. From everything I have read, if it isn't right, they will make sure it is. I will use them again if any new issues come up.

For the initial work, the men came out, checked the entire irrigation system, and made the repairs. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The system box was replaced at that time. All needed materials were on the truck.
